ING Direct’s new website
My fav. online bank updated their website and I’m liking it – a lot. I’m a sucker for a slick online banking interface and ING Direct delivers the goods on this one. Shiny & new – just the way I like it.
My new Roth IRA
I feel way better having my retirement stuff at Vanguard. E*Trade makes me wanna buy and sell stocks like a day trader and I like Vanguard’s fund options better. Still need to get my E*Trade Roth transferred one of these days tho…
New credit cards
What can I say – I like shiny plastic things! The Chase British Airways is prob. my favorite card right now – I’m rocking a huge $7,000 credit line & paying nothin’ in foreign transaction fees when I’m in Italy. The 50,000 BA miles are a nice bonus too.
Hours @ work
Retail hours usually get cut after the holidays, but I’m working 30 hours this week and 20 the next. Not bad at all. Doing what I can to make those paychecks as big as possible.
Passport
Mine is sitting on my desk right now as i fill out my Italian visa app. I think it’s going to turn out to be one of my best investments ever. Only $130ish bucks to see the world!
