Another month has blown by! Time to do another net worth post.
Assets
Checking: $1,196, up about $500 from last month. This is mainly because I wanted to keep my checking full of cash for all the inevitable college expenses. I also did some side computer work that brought in income.
Savings: $2,369, Down due to my computer purchase and other college expenses! I guess this is the part where I call myself a poor college student?
Liabilities
Discover card – $276, Eh – This is interest free until March. Most of it is gas and other costs from my Cedar Point trip. I’m getting reimbursed by my friends who went, so I’ll only be paying part of this.
Overall
Net Worth: $3,389
Well, I didn’t make any positive progress. My net worth went down. But I fully expected this and that’s the way things are going to be for a while. My student loans were disbursed on September 1st and I’m officially, legally, thousands in debt. This college thing better be worth it!
